Liquid Goods:

Xinjiang, Ningxia and Gansu are the main wine grapes growing regions in China. The annual output of original grape juice is approx 100,000 tons, which required to ship to Shandong, Hebei, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Traditional Transportation:

Barrels and truck tanks used to be adopted. The disadvantages of using barrels transport include: firstly, the operational efficiency is low because of repeated loading and unloading; secondly, cleaning process is cumbersome; the third is that the cost of barrels backhaul is high. And the shortcoming of truck tankers transport is high costs on backhaul.

LPL Solutions:

LPL adopted Flexitank (liquid bag) Transport and Rail Tank Container Transport.  The Flexitank is the disposable bag with 20 tons carriage, which does not need to return and clean. So, the use of Flexitank can reduce the transport cost and greatly improve the efficiency. As well, the adoption of Railway Tank Container can transport grape juice throughout the whole year, because the Railway Tank Container could keep constant temperature between -40 ℃ -130 ℃.
